The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 179(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 179(FIN)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 28 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 7 Yeas: Berkowitz, Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Kapsner, Kohring, Lancaster, Masek, Meyer, Morgan, Mulder, Ogan, Porter, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Davies, Kerttula, Scalzi Excused: Kookesh, Murkowski Absent: Guess, Joule, Kott, McGuire, Moses, Rokeberg, Wilson And so, CSHB 179(FIN) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 179(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
